We welcome customers to view selected items in stock at our warehouse, but please note that VISITS ARE STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT ONLY to ensure your safety and the best possible service.
Appointment Hours
- **Monday to Friday:** 9:30am – 4:00pm
- **Saturday:** 11:00am – 12:00 noon
We do not accommodate walk-ins. All visits must be arranged in advance.
What to Expect During Your Visit
- Our warehouse includes a small stove showroom with a limited selection on display.
- We are a working warehouse, not a traditional retail store; therefore, we cannot assemble all products or display an unlimited selection.
- For a safe and productive visit, please select no more than 2 or 3 specific items you would like to view. Our friendly team will prepare these for you and answer any questions.
Important Warehouse Safety Notice
- On days of large deliveries or heavy warehouse operations, appointments may not be possible due to increased forklift activity and staff availability.
- The warehouse environment can be busy—please follow staff guidance at all times.
